Playgram - Social gaming Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Playgram - Social gaming and the related creator service Guildfeed Creator HQ at https://guildfeed.playtok.one, operated by Induslila Games Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Playgram - Social gaming is our social gaming app offering. Guildfeed Creator HQ helps creators connect social media accounts they own or are authorized to manage, and publish or schedule content. The Service may integrate with third-party platforms; those platforms are not controlled by us.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with all applicable laws.
• You sign in with Google (or as we otherwise enable). You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
• We may restrict access by allowlist or invitation during beta.

3. Your content and responsibilities

• You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service (including posting to APIs you connect).
• You represent that you have rights to the content and that publishing it does not violate law or third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, platform rules).
• You are solely responsible for posts published from your connected accounts, including compliance with each platform’s terms (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, etc.).

4. Third-party platforms

Connections to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and others require you to authorize our application via each provider’s OAuth flow. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, quota limits, or account actions taken by those platforms. Related offerings: Playgram - Social gaming and Open game app.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for spam, malware, illegal content, or harassment
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
• Reverse engineer or overload the Service
• Misrepresent your identity or channel ownership

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice. Scheduled posts may fail due to API errors, quota, or connectivity; you should verify important publishes on the destination platform.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or third-party platforms. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100), if you have not paid fees.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Privacy

Our Playgram - Social gaming Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for breach of these Terms or for operational reasons. Sections that by nature should survive will survive termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Bengaluru (Bangalore), Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
