This Privacy Policy describes how Induslila Games Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you use Playgram - Social gaming (“Playgram - Social gaming”) and the related creator service Guildfeed Creator HQ at https://guildfeed.playtok.one (together, the “Service”).

1. Who this applies to

Playgram - Social gaming is our social gaming app offering. Guildfeed Creator HQ is the creator dashboard where you connect social accounts you control (such as Google/YouTube, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, X, and others) and schedule or publish content. This policy applies to visitors and registered users of both.

2. Information we collect

Account sign-in: When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture from Google to identify your account and enforce access controls.
Connected channels: When you connect a platform, we store channel identifiers, display names, and encrypted OAuth tokens required to publish or read metrics on your behalf.
Content you provide: Captions, media files you upload, and scheduling choices you enter in the Service.
Usage and logs: Basic technical logs (timestamps, errors, publish status) to operate and secure the Service.
Statistics: Where supported, we fetch engagement metrics from connected platforms for posts published through the Service.

3. How we use information

Authenticate you and provide Playgram - Social gaming and Guildfeed Creator HQ
Publish or schedule posts you request to your connected channels
Display connection status, calendars, and performance statistics
Maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with law
Respond to support and data requests

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use Google user data for advertising or unrelated profiling.

4. Third-party services and Google / YouTube

The Service uses official APIs from third parties (including Google/YouTube Data API, Meta, TikTok, and others). Data you share with us may be sent to those providers only to perform actions you initiate (for example, uploading a video you selected to your YouTube channel). Their use of data is also governed by their policies:

5. Storage and security

OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on our servers. Media you upload is stored to process publishing. We use HTTPS in production. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to a hosted web application.

6. Retention

We retain account and channel data while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Publish logs and metrics may be retained for operational and reporting purposes. You may request deletion as described below.

7. Your choices and data deletion

Disconnect a channel: In the Service, open Connect channels and disconnect any platform.
Revoke OAuth: Remove our app in Google Account permissions or the relevant platform’s connected-apps settings.
Delete data: Email kk@brainofgames.com from your registered address with subject “Data deletion request” for Playgram - Social gaming. We will delete or anonymize your account data within a reasonable period (typically 30 days), except where retention is required by law.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect their data.

9. International users

We may process data on servers located outside your country. By using the Service, you understand that data may be transferred as needed to operate the product.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy.
